Smile Hello everyone.

Hello to everyone at Paint Talk.

My name is Frisky. I have my own residential paint & wallpaper business going on 15 years now in the northern suburbs of Chicago near the lake. My father was a painter his entire life. I work alone out of a modified Honda Odyssey mini van. This is my 5 days a week day job. On Sat. and Sun. you will find me behind a Home Depot paint counter giving my best advice and expertise to the weary masses. Let's just say for now it rounds out a 40 hour week of painting. I must like punishment. Going on 6 years in May 2010. I hope to join in often and learn from everyone here and hopefully add at what I can from my experience both fields. Thank you for the opportunity.

Regards,
Frisky

Welcome Frisky! Does the weekend work provide leads for the weekday work?

Welcome Frisk. Interesting combo: a painter that works for the Big Box stores. Look forward to your input / stories.

Thanks everyone for your inquiries and welcomes. I'll knock out some answers. I do 2 days a week at HD for part time insurance, networking, product testing, and the satisfaction of helping customers. Yes, the paint desk (or garden) does have the most customer "chicks" in the store it's true but I'm still single. Maybe some day. Company policy does not allow me to solicit my card. If caught it I would be let go.(as others have done, got caught and see ya, it's a fact ) Does this mean I never did it? Hmm... Thanks fresh coat for the nod "interesting combo". I'll do my best to give my 2 cents on a regular basis. I'm a consistent user of Aura and Regal now that Muralo has left my area years ago. Now back to Turbo Tax Home and Business.
