just wanted to say quick Thank you to Mr. Cricket for letting me join this community.
My name is Ugnius, but since it's hard for foreigner to say, most just call me Ugi or Oggi hehe.
I'm a painter/decorator from Lithuania, I'm 31 y/o and have worked in construction for about 10 years now, 5 of which I worked as a painter/decorater mainly.
Finished school and got certified in 2014, worked for various construction and painting companies abroad and in my own country.
Now I started my own small business, painting/renovating doing other jobs as a handyman.
Quite recently I did a complete renovation of my own home, pretty much did everything on my own top to bottom, except heating and electrical work.
I'm here to share my experience with others and learn something new.

Ah, jup, how embarrassing, wanted to edit that out once I realized it when I looked more closely at her profile.
Not sure why I naturally assumed that it was a guy lol..
Sorry, did not mean to offend anyone.
I know many women who are great painters.
When I was starting out as a decorator, there were mainly women in my crew, some of my best partners were twice my age and I learned a lot from them.
