Default hello fom coast of N.C

Have painted on and off since high school summers, now 47. Have been living in Wilmington, N.C for past 17 yrs. Past few years I have painted on and off here but In May I got a job with a guy doing a repaint on a historic church, lot's of hard work, lot,s of learning. I ran into a neighbor while working on the church and was hired to paint her 5 bedroom, two story historic mansion. I had to learn a lot about pricing and settled on a weekly rate plus materials for entire home. Just finished. Did entire home, interior and exterior, it had not been painted since before they bought the home ten yrs ago. I painted it alone.....learned A LOT..now am painting historic Victorians, most in my own neighborhood and the next is from word of mouth from the above homeowner..........anyway, hello

Too bad you didn't get to stay when it was nice. Did you make it downtown? Carolina Beach? Wrightsville Beach?

I live downtown, three blocks up from the Cape Fear river,we had a tree fall across the St about 7pm'that when we knew it was on us. It hit hard about 3-4 am....we didn't have much serious damage around this area...some fallen trees, lots of branches etc.
Some nearby got it worse.
