Default Hello PaintTalk new painter to the community here

Hello all, I'm a 29 year old residential painter living in the Charlotte North Carolina Area, recently put together my own painting business and trying to keep on moving. I really enjoy painting a lot and all together have about 5 solid years of painting experience. I am hoping to be one more familiar with this board and hoping to help out others along with learn from other painters as well. Thanks for letting me be a apart of paint talk!

One of my biggest struggles is properly bidding a job. I am not as experienced as I would like to be in this trade and underbidding seems to be where I usually end up. It's all good but at the same time would really like to be able to give clear, confident bids.

Also, I have yet to search this topic but MAN! Those wooster 18inch frames with the red plastic locks are possibly the most difficult locks to open or unlock that I have ever used in my life! I do not know if I am just a weak or if a lot of folks have been having this problem but man are they tuff!

Welcome to the forum.

Never had a problem with the Big Ben, could be that it has to many splatters on it and is just being a pita.
