Default Hello from Seattle Area

Hi folks.. I am a self employed house flipper and so ext and int painting is a big part of what I do. I have a current nightmare issue related to semi -transparant exterior stain and so joined this forum to see if I can get some advice from some pros.

I'll try to take my question to the proper area.

Thanks for having me.

Welcome to the group! It sounds like you do your own painting on your flips rather than hire it out.
