Default hey from metro detroit!

hey guys I just became a member of this site....I work for a commercial outfit based in the downriver area. I worked with a college painting company during my school (MSU) and couldnt find a decent college grad job in michigan, with the economy being umm...lets call it "depressed". So I decided to go with what I know and love, painting! I worked mostly on residental exterior repaints with the college guys, its been quite a challenging transition to commercial production work. But I'm working under a guy with 40 years of experience in industrial/commercial, so I'm learning every day. I have a goal of eventually starting a business of my own, doing historic home/business restoration. Nothing like seeing a old Victorian go from a run down multi-family to a beautiful restored single family!
