hey brandon. i thought that the NACE CIP was pretty tough at the time when i took it. i did have a few years as an industrial painter and worked with other inspectors that gave me some good advise for the course. one thing that i can pass on is to leave your painting knowledge at the door when you enter the classroom. you will not be tested on how good or bad you can paint but more on cathodic protection, nace/sspc/iso standards and the use of inspection tools. be prepared to spend 10-12 hours a day in the classroom and all night studying for daily test. good luck.

Hi Brandon, welcome to PT. You could take the SSPC PCI Online Course as Prep for your NACE
Certification.

It would prepare you for those 20 hour + days in Jan. Best Regards, Rob
