Default How to find a steady stream of projects?

Hi All,
I am looking for a steady stream of paint projects. Ideally I like exteriors and like hotels or big box warehouses etc. I have a crew, we travel up and down the east coast, great with deadlines, offer a ten year warranty on exterior work; and I am fully insured with W/C, Liability etc.
My problem is we have gaps in our schedule which hurts our momentum and bottom line. Do you all have any ideas on where I can find such a supply?
Any help you can offer would be very much appreciated.
This is my first post on this site.
Thank you in advance!

Welcome!

I suppose your plight is shared by every painter who decided to become self employed. But I'm sure most painting contractors would protect their resources like any grizzled old gold miner would have protected his claim.
