Well I have to live up to my user name and "ButtStupidPaintTard" was already taken.

I completely respect the viewpoints of other fine craftsman in the painting trades.

A kid free house is priceless! Now that the kids are in bed I am gently sipping on my latest acquisition of "HopSlam" from Bell's brewery in Kalamazoo MI.
Stuff runs $18.00 a six pack, a limit of one 6 pack per customer, and it will be gone for another year yesterday!

$400.00 for a puppy? I am in the wrong industry! I can dig it though, choc. labs are great dogs.

4 bills for a lab seems pricey. Offer to paint something for him instead. The barter system kicks ass.

I fly R/C airplanes, certainly not the thrill of running up and shoving 1 ton of hamburger over onto its side but it keeps me from killing innocent people.

You are right though, kids and wife are an amazing free time vacuum...

Ah yes! Good idea indeed, everyone HATES the ugly color in various rooms of their homes but they hate painting even more.

The essentials for any 17 year old!

Mine are 7,5, and 3 with one due in September.
So far all girls.

Congrats!
Are you a bit sad that the 20 year old won't be taking over the business?

I hope my girls go the same route with college and a proper education.
I love what I do, but I don't want my kids doing it.
