Default Intro

Ok, I guess it's time I posted an intro. Just wanted to say how greatfull I am that this site is around. I have learned a great deal in the short time I've been here reading. Trying to research as much as possible of the business as well as coatings aspects of this trade. 30 yrs old, I've been painting for around 10 yrs now. Went through the Job Corp program around 7-8 yrs ago. Then got on with a bigtime Union commercial outfit, went through a lot of the apprenticeship program with them untill getting hired on with a smaller scale residential/commercial contractor were I was up untill a couple years ago. As crunch time was hitting this contractor was forced to dramatically downsize, leaving me out of a job. The last year just been strugglling to get by working for what I'm sure you guys would consider a couple Hacks. Not liking doing this at all, but, Ya know, Gotta eat and all. Working hard to put whatever possible away for equipement, and eventually getting lic'sd/bonded. I know I'm not ready yet, which this site has helped me to understand why, but the day is coming soon, shooting for within the next 2 years. Alright, glad to be here, and I'll quite rambling... Name's Harley btw.
