Hello my name is Brady James and I live in the East Bay of California.

I hope you're not one of those crazy commuters passing on the shoulder during the horrendous East bound 4 commute. Man, they over built there.

CApainter - No I am not a crazy commuter driving like Mad Maxx. Lucky for me, I get to do a lot of work from home which allows me to avoid much of the bad traffic.

They may have over built, but I see a lot of opportunity when I see all the weather beaten homes on the hillside over here. Do you know how many homes need a new coating job or could use some dry rot repair!

I know there are a lot of residential painting opportunities out there. But I'm not sure homeowners are willing to pay peninsula prices. How is your product competing with the conventional paint market?
