Hey all my comrades in PT.
Just wanted to write a brief introduction to anyone who is interested enough to read this.
I am the owner of a small painting company. Finally got my WC insurance early this year after four years of trying to do everything myself. Once I hit the ceiling of what one man can do in a day and decided I hadn't yet reached the level of growth I desire in my business, I made the WC happen and kept going. Now I find myself in the midst of the new set of challenges associated with building/training/maintaining a crew. Also on the agenda for this year is continue to hone in on my market/niches. I was thinking about trying to go for more commercial work until I got a feel for how tight margins are and how impossible net 30/ net 60 payment terms are for growing companies like mine.
Anyhow, thank yous all around to all the great ideas I have harvested off PT in my time of lurking the past couple of years. Hopefully I can pay some of my ideas forward. Looking forward to more sharing of knowledge.
