If you want to get off on the right foot, you'd ask NEPS how much to charge to paint a garage door and ask ewingpainting if you should paint over caulk. They would be fast friends!

How much SHOULD one charge to caulk a garge door? And since the door and caulk are both white, no need to paint after, right?

Oh God. Here I was all excited reading the title intro, thinking I had another fellow Chicago member. To no avail.

No regrets at all as its a great place. (you guys make it so) This is my favorite forum to hang out at. How else would I know how to price a garage door, NOT to run over a ladder with a snowmobile, the going rate for just about anything is tree fiddy, how to blow good coin on green, and now thanks to Bill I now know how to make a caulk gun holster.
