Default New guy here...

Only reason I am posting in intro's is to complain about the password requirements... maybe its Vbulletin requiring it? But when did a forum, start requiring NSA level security? like seriously? Next forums/websites like this, no offense, that dont really mean anything, will require a retina scan...

Capital letters, a number, and a character.... Like seriously, are web admins that brain dead that they fail to realize that 99.9% of the internet writes down their passwords somewhere, making their cryptographic bs password requirements obsolete?

nsa style security for a forum = FAIL

anyways... I am a small business owner based in the burbs of buffalo ny I only do residential repaints, and I do real plaster repairs... dont even get me started on how much i hate drywall

Maybe it's changed but it was set up that you were initially assigned a password for the forum but after that you could go in and change it to whatever you want. Though there still may be certain requirements. Go to the User CP section to reset your password.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

I know what you mean. We've lost a guy because of it. On the other hand, I use it as a memory exercise. So far, it hasn't been a problem.
