Welcome to the forum John.

And a bit of advise: New members who complain about the existing members is bad internet form. It's kind of like being at a party and complaining about the food and drinks the host provided you. Get to know the group first, let them know you, and THEN speak your mind. Social etiquette applies here just as in real life.

Paul I agree 100% but it is a 2 way street also. I can see there are some great help full guys here and some who aren't. So you are saying to bite my tongue and let guys say whatever about me?

All I'm saying is take it easy at first. If you've ever been the new guy on a construction crew, this is kind of like that. Sometimes it's best to go along to get along. You've been posting for two days, just take it slow and all will be good.

Ever see a new guy on a crew who wanted to change everything after just a few days on he job? He usually gets a bunch of attitude from the existing employees.
