Hello to all. I've been working in the industrial & commercial painting industry for the last 30 years and am glad to find this site. It's difficult to talk "shop" with people who have no real idea of what we do each day.

After coming out of the field and into the office (many years ago) I've enjoyed my career as an estimator and project manager for some very professional and well organized companies.

I look forward to the exchange of ideas and continuing to learn more.

Say hello when you have time.

Can someone tell me how to send a private message? Each time I try, I get the message "permission denied".

To Bender:

I remember hearing the name McBee. But the company I worked with ran in a different circle than the projects & clients that McBee serviced. So I don't know the company personally.

Steve, that feature is not available to you until you have about ten posts. It's to help us keep the spamers at bay. Just keep posting and you will be there shortly.

Yeah, I figured it was a long shot. I worked with them for a short time in 1988 or 89.

Atlanta is warmer than Atlant..ic. Welcome from Antigonish, NS. My wife has relatives in Atlanta and we visited them on while on business about 10 years ago.
