Hi Theel,

I have a client who I estimate for in Trenton and he's doing very well. There IS work out there but it has to be found and connections need to be made

I noticed you stated something about not advertising for three years...out of sight, out of mind.

Really, it's a bitch to keep switching horses in the middle of the stream and after 27 years of working your azz off, I'm sure you've figured out that you probably don't have all the right answers.

There is hope though and rather than join any pity party (I'm not saying you are), cause misery loves company...get yourself positioned properly and change this course of events. You've joined this site so that shows initiative...

Thanks,
Harry

Sure.....rub it in why dont ya. People outside this state just dont realize how terrible it is here.

On a good note, China has raised their wages, so a fair amount of manufacturing has actually returned to the state

Actually its been around 16 years of no need to advertise , so if you are going to join the pity party , at least get it right...or something , if you're going to call yourself a Professional estimator.

LOL , and were getting a Republican Governor , but something tells me a Republican Congress and Senate might be the hot ticket to recovery. We did get that ground breaking today in Holland for Korean based LG with its 400 jobs building hybrid batteries.
The President showed up for another photo op while taking credit for the 400 jobs that cost American tax payers 500,000 each , but some how that part got left out of his speech. 1 miilion plus for the photo op trip , plus all the overtime for local police . Too bad 90% of these new employees will not be able to afford the hybrids that there batterys go in , let alone to hire a professional painter.

I love the comment: "I know someone in your state that's busy, so there must not be any problem." Cracks me up!
