Hello everyone, I own a small painting drywall and remodeling company in southern IL. We recently started up but I have over 20 years in the field. Any advice would be great as we are in a rural area with so much competition from fly by night guys looking to under bid and make a fast buck. We mainly focus on residential and smaller commercial jobs. Have done a 7 room remod on a hotel in our area ( small establishment with 27 rooms ) and have bids out for ext. paints on a big chain hotel. I am looking for advice on bidding, advertising and marketing. Thanks everyone and I'm looking forward to this site!
