Default Painting In Paradise??

Hello all!!
My name is Greg Prada.
As in the other posts, am also a former Masshole
I ran B & G Painting Services in Massachusetts [Metrowest, Worcester Area] from 1993-2006.
Former PDCA VP of Seven Hills Chapter of PDCA [1997]
The economy after 911 killed me, had 8 employees the day of and none within 3 weeks, lost $60,000 of contracts and worked by myself until 2005.
The economy never recovered, money got tight and I am a high end painter, I get top dollar for what I do, and I do it by the book, all the time.
In July of 2006 I had no work lined up for the summer months, and decided it was time to move the fastest growing area in the country Miami, FL, which is now the fastest into the toilet area in the country. Worked balls to the wall for 20 months then the bottom fell out. It is worse here then in NE in 2006.
As with any hardworking NE working mentality, I was not gonna let the economy beat me again, so I made a decision to beat the system, further educated myself on web design, marketing, created a full business and marketing plan, continued my education with the PDCA [NO Miami Chapters], hoping to start one up in the next year, best off, I teamed up with a like minded team player from New York and we have set to take South Florida by storm.
I am here to get some ideas as to how you guys manage your websites, meta tags, blogging, bookmarking sites, etc. and to further network to better our business and hopefully contribute to the betterment of yours.
I don't hold any punches, and a full fledged non conformist, and as with all New Englanders can be very blunt and abrasive, be assured I mean well.
Looking forward to being a part of your community!!

Be Good To Yourself!!
