...sadly...what you say is somewhat true...there is wealth here to be tapped into but it requires some doing...which is why i try to promote more custom work...not alot to be made in volume here...i'm about to learn that lesson...we don't have New Yorks here but Baton Rouge and New Orleans are not unknown places...never a shortage of those who see art as a form of conspicuous consumption...

Very cool! Piatto is amazing for sure! Lucky tigers a little too hipster for me but my musician buddy is real good friends with the owner. Take care man

...I'm an 8 year Renfest vet with an older brother in Atascosita...

...have been painting with the wife and doing VWC with a church friend of my mother...I've only actually hung paper once but I'm in love with vinyl...I genuinely enjoy it and it's the easiest money I've ever made...

...I actually just posted in introductions about the fact that we are taking on a 4 story Hampton Inn as our largest project to date...bringing in the wife to train to add that to our arsenal...we've done a few small hotels...but prefer smaller quicker jobs...Stage clothing stores...Quiznos...Rite Aids...to name a few...

I like your stuff Deric! I enjoy chill acoustic music. You write your own stuff? Buddies band is called "dsoedean". He does solo stuff under "for the sound". He does recordings for starter bands under his label "this tall records". Believe you can find it on YT, FB, bandcamp, etc. kind of a modest mouse sound.

His names Zale and he's a good dude that really enjoys music. He's always booking shows in other states and switches out gigs for bands that get him into new places to play. Contact him if you ever want a show in joe town or KC. I can PM you his number if you want.
