looking to talk to some people in Chi area. Wondering how much pricing has changed in last 10 yrs?

hasn't gone down.

If you are looking for exact numbers, be aware that exact pricing is avoided here on PT. If you have your numbers from ten years ago, you could probably find out what the inflation rate has been over the last decade and use that as a good benchmark.

Racine/milwaukee...I do work in lake county also....but its a totally diffrent ball game up here....close geographically tho

Like most places, pricing in Chicago is all over the place. I'm on the NW side of the city and suburbs and it really runs the gamut.

Its not as bad as I thought....I have a new program and a lot of jobs are non union....

Although I already know they won't like it reguardless when a wisconsin guys comes down an under bids them....union or non union

hey guys thanks for the comments, some funny. And no I definitely wasn't lookin for exact, lol it jus seems a lot more outta whack, could just be the people I was talkin to, or maybe I'm jus more outta whack!! lol Yea it definitely seems all over the place!!
