Read what was posted above!!!

If you know how to estimate individual homes, then you should know how to estimate an individual complex unit. After estimating an individual unit (and discounting by about 90% because it's atp work), you multiply by 150 to get your final figure. If you don't know how to do that, take a math class at a local CC.

2nd post and already asking for prices? Not just prices, but apartment prices?

Also, I would ADVISE you to not ask for pricing ADVICE on this forum.
