I've been in large and small groups. I find that 20 -25 is as large as a group should get because you lose the touch that is so important in a referral type group. The Idea is to bring something to every meeting but there are times when you just won't have something to give. As long as you are sending out quality referrals the # is less important.

There are many networking organizations. Start doing some research for such in your area. Sure there are plenty around.
