G'day Steve

Yeah sorry about the rough head lol

Mate the gloves are to keep my car clean on the way to work and way home also always have a long sleeve shirt on just In case Any paint on my arms
and even know I wear gloves at work so my hands are clean I still have them also for driving to and from work
If you saw how my last Ute was you would understand why I am so fussy with my Nav

The old Wombat mobile
If it rained outside it would rain inside I used to get pools of water on the floor to the point I had to pull some rubber plugs out of the floor to have a drainage system

also when driving like my rough head my knees are also on the rough side I drive with a clean rag over my knee so when it is up against my drivers door when driving it doesn't rub on the door itself

Trust me if you saw the old Wombat mobile you would understand lol

I did see pics of the old truck. Your nav will end up the same . I tried to keep mine clean as a whistle. I don't even let the boys hop in after work. They take their own cars.

Can you send me a coffee cup for Christmas.

G'day Steve

No chance I have had that ute nearly 2 years I have 23000k 's on the clock no paint spills in it or just general paint marks
It is my Baby and that's from someone who isn't into cars.

No roof racks and none going on its 4x4 but I can't justify getting it scratched and going off road and getting sand or mud all through the moving parts . 4x4 purely to get my trailer out of anything or up any steep driveway as my old ute would spin on the slightest steep driveway . I really want to get back into my kayak fishing but can't justify putting a kayak from the salt straight up on the racks
So will just wait until end of next year and plan to get a second trailer for scaffold and fishing kayak

That Coffee cup was for a client a single Lady just her and her cats
she loves her cats and chocolate : ) so I gave her a thankyou gift basket with a few chocolates and a nice jar of hot chocolate
Mix
plus a mug with a pic of a Cat : )

Bugger now I feel like some chocolate

Aussie hijack!

Does anyone think it would be a good idea for me to send out Christmas cards containing original poetry/limericks...written about each of my clients jobs?

Thank you for letting me paint your house
I needed the job and something something mouse, (etc...)

You know...fun stuff like that?

I usually send out a happy holidays card with a 10% off winter special coupon. Then I double up with the same from constant contact.

Remember me this year I painted your house
You screwed me down on price,
and I still had to act nice
So remember me next year when your paint has come off
I also Repaint my own work for a fee
even though you'll be jacked off
I will come to your house and quote it again
This time the price will be right
And the paint will stick in the end!!

Merry Christmas Mum and dad!!!!

Not bad.
But in America, most of us like our poems to rhyme.
