Default No way!

I was just flipping through a coupon flier that was in the "Junk mail Tuesday" pile and came across a local painting company that offers some "amazing" prices for painting.
No way! How on earth can they provide what they offer in their ad?!?

I have my suspicions, but they won't be popular so I keep them to myself.

Does anyone else get a bit pissed when they see this happening in their local market?

I charge around $1990 for a small hall/stairs/landing.
Bearing in mind our average home sizes in the UK aren't as big as a lot of your homes, guys and gals.

Run 'em outta town!!!.... actually, they'll prolly leave of their own accord due to producing crap work and ppl wanting to lynch them

It is a worldwide thang fella's, we got that 5hit too in the UK. We still have a few Poloffski's lingering on and stitching HO's up, the same as you have the Rodriguez's or however you spell the ruddy name.

Sad, Sad, Sad. Man that's something. I like the house he shows in the picture. I guess that's his "big" house? At least that's what he's leading you to believe.

Last fall I bid a 7000 dollar interior, uncoated, hand troweled plaster, rails around the room at the top of the doors, all in locally sourced cherry (so lots and lots of cutting), using aura. Other guys bid? 1800. That was basically the price of the paint and primer and he was going to use the same.

If he is not licensed turn him in.....
a couple of good fines will slow him down. we were fined $500 last year for not showing our license numbers in a local magazine!!!!!!

No, and Insurance is only required if you have employees.

It is very lax here compared to other states I have painted in.
