Default Office space

We just put a deposit on a 500 sqft office space. $300 a month electric and internet included. Heat is electric so this is nice. Moving in either during the week or next weekend.

Right now our business stuff is in 3 places. Getting it to one will be so nice.

Great movie

Sorry Dave.
But it's a great movie.. Congrats! It's rad to be organized, and more importantly..to have a place to walk away from and leave behind while you change hats and live your life outside of work. Knowing that it's all in one place when you choose to revisit it is a huge blessing of an office space.

Do you have a separate shop?

My partner Carly her parents have a huge empty horse barn we use as a shop. Its a 30-40 minute drive for where we live. We did set up an office there but haven't used bit at all except when we had stuff to work on in he shop.

We were looking for a shop and office hut between the prices and none available we figured just an office is better.

Good deal. Keeping overhead low is good while still having the facilities to do work. I think you made the right choice.

Who would pass up a 2500 sqft shop rent free. I love free things.

We have painted the interior and some of the exterior and he never once asked for a break or money for rent. This spring we have the rest of the house and 5 bay garage floor to do.

Good for you , here you couldn't rent a closet for $300 a month. That's a deal for sure .

Besides the obvious paperwork & desk, what else will the office offer?

A place our guys can come get paid instead of me running around. Meetings. Like I said we have our stuff spread out, the office stuff is in need of change and an office is the only way.
