Last post for me.. until I get sucked back into the drama that is:
For starters, having proper job costing could show you what the profitable jobs are, which then you could spend your marketing budget more judiciously, making your money work for you versus dumping your cash and investments on losing ventures.

Thats the tip of the iceberg.

If richmond painting didn't have any doubts about the way he's going about doing what he does, then he wouldn't keep posting on this particular Paint Talk thread.

I do believe there is good advice here your right...as for my approach. .I think it is fine but I'm willing to listen others opinions and thoughts...as for thing such as customer tracking...accounting practices. ..saftey such as osha rules..yes I do need help..
