Talking Winter 2010 - 2011

Okay, I don't know someone already posted it this or not but I went to search it I couldn't find for this winter so I thought I posted now.

I know some of you are thinking about Winter's projects, well I do even though we almost filled our schedule till the end of the year but what about Winter 2010 - 2011, which starting in California for a bad weather Jan - March, 2011.

What is your plan for this winter? Do you have a solid book (Do you mind sharing what you did to do that? How much discount would you be willing to give to your clients for Interior works?

Thanks in advance!

Happy Winter, soon!

No discounts for me.. I just do what I have done all year. It's good to have some reserve in the Bank. You know just in case. All year I try to do sales calls and build up commercial clientel. For them it doesent realy matter if there is no snow or a foot of snow they still need the job done.

I just plan on continually marketing without discounting any prices.
