That's got to be a record reward for a PT member interior painting contract. congratulations 101 painters!

What specifically set you apart from the other contractors?

Well that wouldn't have anything to do with salesmanship, would it?

All this aggressive "Sales!" stuff seems so 90's to me. Hasn't the business world evolved into something that represents the newer generation of consumers. I mean, doesn't any of the Boomers or Gen-Exer's realize that the social and environmentally conscience Millennials see right through that out dated crap? It even smells stale to me as a member of the Boomers.

Is this Kevin? Are you still a franchise owner? Did the place mats work out? Did you pester your way back in or simply create a new identity?

Depends. For an interior residential repaint yes very high paying job in my neck of the woods. For a good sized residential NC job not the highest.

Depends on size of repaint. We have done interior repaints over $40,000. Full, trim and everything though.

Honestly, I think the owner and I just clicked. My presentation was good but I really felt comfortable talking to her and vice versa. As far as the price tag goes, its not out of line. 6500 sq ft home, walls, ceilings, trim. And three rooms w-p removal. Plus, her 1800 sq ft guest house and the 4 bay garage floor (epoxy). should be good gig that will yield us about 10k. Btw I spent a ttl of 5 hrs (3 visits plus lunch with the husband) on this estimate.

I really only posted this because I was amazed how 4 contractors coupd be so dam close in our estimates. I stat d 1 grand but the actual range was 15500 to 18000.

No. I do not own a franchise but one of the competitors was cpro.
