Default Mall Work

I have a Bath and Body works floor to complete. Its a parquet style that calls for a Tsp wash and clear finish. Its definitely a night job. My biggest problem is I only have 8 hrs dry time before it going to have foot traffic. I was thinking Breakthrough but would like better options. Anyone?

I would not want that job. 8 hrs is not very long for foot traffic. And will the floor have 8 hrs to dry meaning the last paint you put down has 8 hrs or where you started has 8 where you finished has 2 hrs.

though the tds on breakthrough says 12 hrs to foot traffic so you might be good. If it was me and I had to do this I would set fans up and find a way to turn the heat up a little in the store. Air movement and heat will do a lot for you.

What about a clear epoxy that dries faster?

During the week it would be 8 hours to dry after coating. Sunday I would have 13 hours. Pretty easy job. Floor is in great shape except for some old soap that comes right up with a putty knife. Should be a good job to get my new guys ready for some larger epoxy jobs this winter. Epoxy would be overkill here and would be a nightmare to strip jn the future.
