Okay, so I want To hire a helper/apprentice...he's a hard worker, goes above and beyond. If you didn't know you'd think he has about 5-6 years exp. Wouldn't trust him skim coating yet, but can easily do drywall repair(sheet-rocking), nail pops, a hole in the wall. Now his cut i, I'd rate 9.5 out of 10..would you pay him less per day because he only has 1 1/2 years exp..or would you pay him based on his knowledge and skill of the trade, he knows a ****load about products and what not.. His previous employer paid him $100 a day..based on exp. alone not skill or knowledge. What would you suggest, giving he's reliable..and has DOES HAVE REAL passion for The trade of painting . HELLLPPPP, AMD HE HAS EXP WITH FAUX. nice work too.
