Default How do you rewind?

We all have our times, slammed with work, slow times, employees troubles, pita customers and i could go on & on

So how do you rewind, recharge your batteries ?

I'll start this by saying i love spending time with family camping ...
boondock style, no hook ups, no RV parks just out in middle of nowhere with solar, 4 wheel drive , buck 110 knife and wildlife

Kayaking, fishing, hiking, enjoying all the springs Florida has to offer and the good old campfire cooking along with a cold beer

totally rewinds me , so how do you rewind?

My Trek bicycle is my salvation in relieving stress. A good 20 mile bike ride after work is a great way for me to clear my head and stay in some sort of shape to keep climbing those ladders.

Fishing and playing guitar. My mood usually dictates which one I take off the wall.
