    This deck was in a very sad state before I got my hands on it . I power washed it using a deck wash of my own formula to get all the mildew off .Then sanded the deck 4 times with varying degrees of sandpaper grit to level off the finish . Then it was stained using Benjamin Moore's Arborcoat...

    Working for Otis's Mom & Dad for the third time ! He just loves when I come to paint :yes: I'm a sucker for kids , dogs & women ... Maybe not in that order :yes: So you can understand how it's hard to get as much work done in a day as I'd like when Otis wants to play !
  3. Pressure Washing
    When you guys pressure wash a house prior to painting to kill the mildew with bleach. Do you tarp or plastic off all roofs, decks and driveways so the bleach doesn't stain it. Is there an easier way. Thanks Dan
