    Ran into this today and not sure I’m correct on the exact reason it’s peeling. My initial impression was that it was an alkyd coating applied over galvanized metal. There was a lot of chalkiness beneath the already peeled areas and a SLIGHTLY greasy moisture when I peeled into unexposed areas...
