  1. Surface Preparation and Application
    I keep getting mildew in joint between the window frames (alloy) and the casing (wood). Im wondering of any solution or product that will strengthen the rotted, water soaked wood casing which has mildew and mold deep (probably 5+ years by the looks)... I figured wash down with aittle bleach...
