1st challange

I found a guy who wants to paint his metal on the side of a warehouse. There is about 3300 sq' total that looks like the one below (square sliding deck metal) . Height is 6-12 and 14-20 feet. No major prep besides washing it off cuz its dusty.
Not sure what to charge for it. If I roll/brush it will take more time. If I spray then need to protect a 250 feet long windows and walls plus its windy. There is more work on the walls and doors that I know how to price, but I'm stuck with the metal charging.
