I'm sure they dont exist. Anyone ever seen em? Also I have some big block filling jobs coming up and wondered if anyone has ever tried a 45 thousandths or bigger tip for block filler?
anything over an 18" isI'm sure they dont exist. Anyone ever seen em? Also I have some big block filling jobs coming up and wondered if anyone has ever tried a 45 thousandths or bigger tip for block filler?
I am a work-out-aholic myself...but at the ripe age of 28 I've learned to work smarter not harder. Sounds soooo cliche but it is very relevant to this post. I don't mean to sound rude, but if you have a guy that can keep up with 2 people spraying, GREAT!!!I love a good workout and have a guy that can keep up with 2 people spraying. He cant wait to try a 36"... however i dont think it would be worth patenting since i know too many people that think 18s are too heavy
I am thinking about finding a good sturdy steel 18" frame and welding a 9" onto each end. could get into corners that way too. and get a great work out!
Take the Wooster Wideboy, and smoothly tack 9" to each side so it'll extend to 36". Now get some PVC that'll fit inside of a nap, and just toss 2 18" naps on it. Gonna have to cut the PVC about 1" shorter than the overall length though so your end caps will still fit in nicely.
If you are trying to have one guy backroll for two sprayers, it might be worth considering having a second guy backrolling, also with an 18". That way there you would get 36" and also be within generally accepted painting practices.I dont kid... I'm hoping for 800-1000 gallons of blockfiller in 12 hours with 2 guys
Now that make more sence. If you are trying to have one guy backroll for two sprayers, it might be worth considering having a second guy backrolling, also with an 18". That way there you would get 36" and also be within generally accepted painting practices.
Brother, you know what you need to do to make things work. We are just telling you what we would do. Follow your chosen path and have at it.I'm not trying thats just how good he is. And on a prevailing wage job I would rather pay him a little more... like $40 then to pay 2 guys $35. and he would be thrilled considering hes only been painting for 6 months.
I hope so.Well We shall see... I actually think he will give it up after 400 gallons... about lunch time
