I asked on here and found that promar 200 was an acceptable new drywall primer especially since sw is basically all I can get.

I found out today that there is a ppg dealer close enough to me. I’ve read on here thru the years that folks love the ppg 6-2 sealer. But when looking on the ppg website 6-2 seems gone. Is it still available, or did it get renamed?

Also, is 6-2 superior to the pro mar 200 on new drywall.

Thanks in advance.

I sell PPG 6-2 at my store for years now and haven't had any negative reports on the product. Pricing is usually pretty good too.
