Any union members here? I used to belong to the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades, which is now the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) but have moved on to other prospects.
What are the views or attitudes towards the unionized sector of the painting trade.
My experience with the Painter's Union was generally positive, I made a good wage, got good training, was able to work through a dispatch board and was able to work in different aspects of the trade.
