 :yes:we could spout off numbers all day
Bring your own rubber ducky if you come!Sorry..........Bad question.......I knew it would be impossible to answer.
I'm going over to Chipsters and hang out in his kidde pool.
Thanks Nu. If I put myself up against what you listed I would half as fast or twice as slow. I am a one guy operation and like to see how I stack up.I did a duplex apt 2 weeks ago new const. 1 week
2 rooms w/ closets
1 - 1/2 bath
utility
kitchen
paint the inside two coats trim and all...no crown
was a 7 day process with 2 men 3 days of that seven working bout 6 - 8 hours a day
got it to where they are laying the floors...not done need to do the shoe molding and the cabinets which are gonna take bout 4 days 5-6 hours to complete
Doors have been getting worse and worse for that also, we used to pretty much be able to prime and sand the edges & spray two finish coats and call them done, now we re prime the whole door, sand 100% of it, then 2 finish coats.....and there is definitely no "average millwork" !!!
Have you ever seen the preprimed stuff? They might as well NOT prime it at all after all the time you have to go through fixing their crappy wood/prime work
Funny thing, I was comming out of Menards the other day and saw a guy with a kiddie pool in the back of his work truck, all I could think was ********!!!:laughing:Bring your own rubber ducky if you come!
