Whatever you use, make sure you add some texture to it so your customers don't slip and fall down the stairs!

They'll appreciate it just the fact that you thought of it, too.

I second that! ... I have a dev. that I have to paint all the basement stairs...always used BM floor paint...

I've used SW's porch and floor enamel and some shark-grip with amazing results. 2 years later the basement steps look great and still hold most of the texture additive.
