The painting industry offers a multitude of variables. You have to adapt to the situation. For instance, a paint tray would have no business on a swing stage, and there'd be no reason to bring a five gallon set up with a 9" roller to paint kitchen cabinets.
Bucket load of questions
Are you the type of person who is stuck on one way of doing something? Are you old school? Your way or the highway? Or are you flexible and able to mold yourself and your choices/techniques, etc, to keep up with modern times and take emotions out of it? What is one thing you will absolutely NOT change either due to stubborness or good reason?
