I have just started painting again on a more consistent basis. Before I worked just off of referalls, but I am now looking to expand and become a legitimate buisness. I use quickbooks for all my estimates, invoices, and reciepts, but I am looking for low cost contracts, preferably free software that I can customize myself. Anyone out there have any suggestions ????

I tweeked, pirated and stole what I needed from here and the other site years ago..Infact still add stuff as time progresses... but to compose the actual estimate, I use an older version of print shop....I keep a few as templates
and just refill the info as needed. I have colors and a picture at the top. I like
it more than quickbooks...Quickbooks just seams like something that came out of a package at staples.

I'm just one of those guys who feels that we should put as much effort into
the cleanliness of our trucks, the quality of our business cards and the detail of our contracts as the job we are going to actually provide. It does say allot about the impressions we make .... and they can last a lifetime.
