clear anti-rust metal paint

I'm looking for a clear anti-rust paint that I can apply by brush to a steel wire and surface.

I would like to keep the natural glossiness of the steel.

I looked into Rust-Oleum's products and all I found was a Crystal Clear Anti-Rust Spray, does it also come in paint (to apply by brush) form?
