Coating metal roof, Emerald, or Duration?

Must identify what type of metal it is, what condition it's in, what are the customer's budget, expectations and demands of the product, and specify whether it's been painted before.

I posted a similar question in this thread about 8 years ago and @NACE was kind enough to offer up his wisdom.
