couple of questions if anyone can help
1has anyone used scuffmaster scrubtough paint reason i ask is i have to use this brand for a gap store and the project manager told me today to price in doing 2 primer coats and 4-5 finish coats for this paint. is this paint crap?


2 i know prices are different everywhere but this is my first commercial job
is commercial higher or lower than new housing pricing wise (we get 2.50-2.75 sq floor space here on new houses) this is night work as store will be open so it will be done in sections
i only have today to price this job and i dont want to screw up the pricing
any opinions would be helpful

1. can't help you, never used it

2. in my experience, commercial tends to pay a bit more, but there's a bit more hassle with it too sometimes, trade stacking, deadlines, etc.

2 primer coats and 4-5 finish?? 1. Yea it must be crap. 2. The gap store manager told you what paint to use.... yea it's crap. 3. The name is SCUFFMASTER SCRUBTOUGH?? Sounds like overblown crap!! You need to ask these questions... gonna turn out like crap.
