What program would I use to print address labels that are all different. I know MS Word has a template for printing a page of address labels that are all the same. I am looking to build a data base of addresses that I can print off at any time?

If your runnig a current edition of windows you can use Avery labels and create templates, sanve and label the files to build a list. I buy mine at Staples and the directions are pretty easy.

If you are building a mail list, stamps.com offers both the method of getting your mailing piece stamped, and has a built in address book that you can group by streets, etc.

This allows you to print your stamps, address the piece, and inset your address even with a small logo next to your address

Excel might, in fact it probably does, but I don't know how.
I use Quick Books Customer Manager. Decent piece of software for only $80. The nice part of it is that I can put contacts in different groups, like Designer, Customer, Repeat Customer, Contractor, etc. so I can print off specific lists for different mailings.

You can "mail merge" mail lists into Word from access, excel, outlook, outlook express, or create you own list from the mail merge wizard.

From MS word, click HELP and ask for "mailing list" choose "create and print envelopes for mass mailing"

This is not easy.
