I have this property manager that I've developed a good relationship with and he has asked me to do some work on his personal home(obviously I have to do a great job). He tried to paint his garage floor but it has started peeling after 2 years. He is unsure of type of coating he used. My question is what is the best way to remove?(I don't think pressure washer will work). Also would it be better to stain the concrete or should i use a paint? he is looking for durability more so than asthetics.
