I hate paying for leads! I've done the Service Magic thing, Home Connections and a bunch of other "PAY ME" sites. Is there a place you can list your company information on the forum for prospective customers that might find this BBS?

Someone else would have to advise on the directory listing. I will suggest looking over the section on marketing. There are some great ideas there as well as some things to stir clear of.
One of my best marketing tools is to target neighborhoods that both will need or do need the paint services I offer. I just added a neighborhood of homes that were build in the last 5 years. I received a call this past week from a homeowner wanting the exterior painted. I will also place some door hangers and in the next few weeks this neighborhood is also due a second mailing... HINT: I will mention the job at 123 Anystreet....in that mailout.
