A quick enquiry from the UK.

Had an email from a company here starting to import an idea from your area. The company here is Dur-A-Shield Ltd ( http://www.dur-a-shield.co.uk/), with you it's Dur-A-Shield International Inc.

Have you folks had any dealings with this product, ,if you have, is it a success or do you think it's no good at all?

If you are referring to the same product that I know of by that name, it is a really good polyurethane for wood floors. I have used it on jobs, and in my own house. The variation that I use is specifically designed for floors, has no suspenders in it to prevent it from sagging on vertical surfaces.
